Procedure for overnights

1. Fill out the form at the Web Online Permission Request (WOPR) site. (Use your e-mail name and password to sign in.)
2. Have the adult you are staying with call me (at home or on my cell phone) by 8 PM Thursday night.
3. If you are staying with a family that is not listed on your permission form, have your parents call me by 8 PM Thursday night.
4. If I have received the appropriate phone calls and everything looks good, I will approve the overnight online. Enjoy your overnight!
5. Before you leave, check the WOPR and make sure that your overnight was approved. Leaving campus without an approved overnight is a serious violation of school rules.
6. You must check out with the faculty member on duty before leaving campus!
7. When you return, check in with the duty faculty ASAP. If your return trip has been delayed and you are returning later than you originally said, call the duty faculty and let him know your plans are.

Note: if you are going on a school trip, you still need to do step 1 so we have an accurate record of who will not be in the dorm.
